I ICT SUPPORT SPECIALIST
- L. 68/99 RESERVED FOR PROTECTED CATEGORIES (L. 68/99) Collegno (TO) – Hybrid (possibility of smart working after the training period) Job Definition We are looking for a ICT Support Specialist to be included in our technical team. The resource will support daily IT maintenance and support activities, with a focus on learning and developing systems skills. Main Activities
- Provide first-level technical support to internal team and users
- Assist in basic management and maintenance of server and client environments.
- Support the installation and configuration of software and hardware.
- Document technical activities and procedures. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Membership in the Protected Categories(Law 68/99).
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in a computer science or technical field).
- Basic or theoretical/practical knowledge of Linux operating systems
- Good knowledge of the Office package.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and problem-solving aptitude.
- Strong passion for IT.
- Knowledge of the English language (minimum level A2).
- Knowledge of scripting languages is an advantage to Bashand Python. What do
