O., we are looking for an Aircraft Systems & Software (AS&S) Planner at the Turin office. The Aircraft Systems & Software (AS&S) Planner will mainly deal with:
* Managing integrated planning for developments and programs within the AS&S Unit, in coordination with Engineering Programs Cost Consolidation & Planning System Integrator;
* Coordinating the preparation of cost estimates with the contribution of the relevant Platforms and Disciplines;
* Coordinating activities, timings, resources, and development costs in collaboration with Platform/Discipline Managers;
* Monitoring the progress of development activities, identifying critical issues and risks, proposing improvement/corrective actions;
* Interfacing with development teams and stakeholders to ensure compliance with milestones and project objectives;
* Managing planning reporting and documentation.

Education:
Degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or related disciplines. Required experience level: Junior TECHNICAL/IT

SKILLS:

* Project planning and control
* Resource and budget management
* Risk analysis and problem solving
* Reporting and KPI management
* Knowledge of Project Management methodologies
* Use of planning and scheduling software NICE TO HAVE:
* Project Management Certifications (PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum Master)
* Experience in structured environments and complex projects
* Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban methodologies
* Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Redmine, Jira, Trello) BEHAVIORAL
