Investor Relations Manager | Milan
Our client, a reputable private equity investment firm, is looking to strengthen its Investor Relations function as part of its continued growth and institutional development.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a key point of contact for existing and prospective investors
- Support fundraising processes, including preparation of DDQs, pitch materials, and data rooms
- Coordinate and prepare periodic investor reporting (quarterly, annual, ad hoc)
- Assist with investor meetings, roadshows, and ongoing LP communication
- Work closely with Partners, senior management, and external advisors
Key requirements
- Experience in Investor Relations, Capital Raising, or a related role within private equity, asset management, or a fund environment
- Solid understanding of fund structures, LP reporting, and fundraising processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate in a lean, hands-on setting with senior exposure
- Fluent English required; Italian strongly preferred
- Based in Milan (mandatory)
