Who are you?You are a highly motivated and skilled IT Support who wants to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining integrated systems that meet our clients' needs. You will work closely with various departments to ensure seamless integration of hardware, software, and network systems.Who are we?MAF is a leading company in digital advertising, designing innovative solutions to address the needs of advertisers and publishers in the Performance App Marketing industry. We have been awarded 6th and 3rd globally on the Appsflyer Performance Index, and TOP10 (Italy) and TOP100 (Europe) for best growing startups by the Financial Times.What will you do?Design and Implementation: Develop and implement system integration solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards.Data Integration: Design and maintain efficient data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow between systems, supporting real-time and batch data integration needs.Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct tests to ensure system functionality and troubleshoot any issues that arise.Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including software developers, network engineers, and IT support staff, to integrate different systems.Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and changes.Customer Support: Provide technical support to clients, including on-site assistance and remote troubleshooting.Project Management: Manage integration projects from conception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continually improve integration processes.What will you need?Proven experience as a System Integrator, IT Support or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of system integration principles.Proficiency in various programming languages (e.g., C#, Typescript), knowledge of network protocols, and experience with different operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.We offer a permanent contract.
