Our highly efficient converters contribute to the integration of renewable energies into tomorrow's electrical grid while enhancing overall system efficiency.Application ProcessWe kindly ask you to submit your complete application documents, including a cover letter and curriculum vitae.How you’ll make an impactLead and support Lean Six Sigma (L6S) projects to improve process efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.Identify automation opportunities and develop solutions using Power Automate, Power BI, and advanced automation tools.Design and implement dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and support data‑driven decisions (understanding of different data types).Collaborate with stakeholders to map, analyse, and optimise business processes.Promote a continuous improvement mindset across the organisation through training, coaching, and best practice sharing.Support digital transformation initiatives aligned with strategic business goals.Your backgroundBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.Min. 5 years experience in continuous improvement, process optimisation, or digital transformation roles.Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI) and advanced automation tools (e.g. Power Automate Desktop).Solid understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodology (Green Belt or higher preferred).Experience in process mapping, root cause analysis, and change management.Proven experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to build strong working relationships and effectively communicate with cross‑functional teams.Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.Fluent in English, German is beneficial.More about usOur flexible working practices help you optimise personal and business performance while creating an environment where all employees can develop their skills and grow.Hitachi Energy is a global technology leader in electrification, powering a sustainable energy future through innovative power grid technologies with digital at the core.
