All'interno della divisione Finanza nell'area di mercato Payments siamo alla ricerca di una figura di Software Development Specialist che dovr seguire in autonomia gli sviluppi in ambito monetica e pagamenti. Il candidato sar inserito nel gruppo di sviluppo di applicazioni Java in ambito Digital Finance e parteciper alle attivit di sviluppo di prodotti e progettualit per i clienti. Quali saranno le tue attivit e responsabilit ? - Collaborare con i colleghi che si occupano di analisi e progettazione funzionale con l'obiettivo di condividere e individuare le soluzioni da mettere in atto. - Collaborare e indirizza le attivit di sviluppo dando il suo contributo alle scelte/soluzioni tecnologiche da adottare. - Supportare i colleghi con minore seniority. - Monitorare e analizzare le metriche di performance delle soluzioni implementate' fornendo feedback e identificando opportunit di miglioramento. Qualifiche e Competenze richieste: - Almeno 4-8 anni di esperienza in ambito Software Development - Comprovata esperienza in attivit progettuali - Ottima conoscenza del linguaggio java e dei principali pattern architetturali - Ottima conoscenza dei principali framework di sviluppo - Ottima conoscenza delle architetture a microservizi - Buona conoscenza degli ambienti containerizzati e Cloud - Ottime capacit relazionali e di interazione con i colleghi - Ottima propensione a lavorare in autonomia - Spiccate capacit di analisi e problem solving - Orientamento al risultato' flessibilit ' determinazione - Abilit nell'uso di strumenti di analisi e metriche - Eccellenti capacit di comunicazione scritta e verbale - Capacit di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico e di adattarsi rapidamente ai cambiamenti' in modo proattivo - Conoscenza approfondita sui seguenti ambiti tecnici: APPLICAZIONI WEB (HTML' CSS' JAVASCRIPT' TYPESCRIPT)' API MANAGEMENT' MONGODB' JPA' APACHE KAFKA' REACT' CLOUD DEVELOPMENT' ANGULAR' SOAP' ARCHITETTURE A MICROSERVIZI' POSTGRESQL' ORACLE - Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata Cosa cerchiamo nelle nostre persone?
