Stiamo accelerando la nostra espansione in Italia e cerchiamo una figura chiave, che abbia voglia di costruire, sperimentare e far crescere il brand in modo concreto.

Non cerchiamo qualcuno che “gestisca”, ma qualcuno che faccia.

🎯 Il ruolo

Cerchiamo un/una Marketing & Communication Specialist che lavori a stretto contatto con il Country Manager Italia e che abbia un impatto diretto sulla crescita del business.

Sarai responsabile di portare Mundimoto a un altro livello in Italia, lavorando su:

- Strategia di marketing online e offline
- Social media & content (organico e paid)
- PR, comunicazione e brand positioning
- Supporto al business e alle vendite
- Costruzione della presenza del brand sul territorio

🛠️ Responsabilità principali

- Definire ed eseguire la strategia di marketing Italia
- Gestire e far crescere i canali social (contenuti, tone of voice, community)
- Coordinare campagne digital (performance & awareness)
- Attivare iniziative offline, partnership e collaborazioni
- Gestire PR, comunicazione e brand reputation
- Analizzare risultati e ottimizzare continuamente
- Lavorare in modo molto operativo, senza fronzoli

- Esperienza in marketing e comunicazione (startup o ambienti dinamici = grande plus)
- Mentalità hands-on: fai, testi, sbagli, migliori
- Energia, resilienza e fame di crescita
- Forte senso di ownership
- Capacità di lavorare tanto, con ritmo e pressione
- Ottime doti comunicative e creative
- Italiano & Inglese fluente (Spagnolo è un plus)
