Senior Project Manager

Principali Responsabilità:

- Responsabilità diretta del conto economico di commessa, con monitoraggio continuo di costi, ricavi e margini.
- Pianificare e gestire gli investimenti (CAPEX) necessari alla realizzazione del progetto (es. acquisto asset specifici, tecnologie, attrezzature dedicate).
- Supervisione delle scelte tecniche relative alla carpenteria metallica pesante e alla meccanica, con verifica della fattibilità costruttiva e di montaggio.
- Coordinare le attività delle diverse risorse interne ed esterne coinvolte nei progetti;
- Monitorare in modo proattivo lo stato di avanzamento dei progetti, anticipando criticità e assicurando il pieno rispetto di tempi, costi e standard qualitativi;
- Gestire la comunicazione con stakeholder interni ed esterni, assicurando trasparenza, continuità e un efficace presidio della relazione con il cliente;
- Contribuire allo sviluppo di soluzioni tecniche e organizzative, adottando un approccio analitico, strutturato e orientato alla performance.

Requisiti

Il/la candidato/a ideale è in possesso di:

- Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Meccanica, Civile o discipline affini.
- Eventuale certificazione in Project Management (PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2) costituisce titolo preferenziale.
- Esperienza in ruoli analoghi, preferibilmente maturata in realtà industriali strutturate o in contesti di impiantistica complessa;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Buona padronanza dei principali strumenti informatici e software tecnici di progettazione o lettura disegni;
- Disponibilità a trasferte.
