With a strong presence across Europe and beyond' our Budapest office plays a vital role in supporting key business operations for EMEA markets. As we continue to expand' we are looking for Croatian-speaking colleagues to join our team in Hungary-whether you are just starting out or ready for your next professional challenge. What You'll Do - Provide top-quality support to our Italian-speaking customers via phone and email - Manage service requests' schedule maintenance visits' and coordinate technician activities - Log and track cases accurately in our internal systems - Communicate effectively with colleagues' subcontractors' and clients to ensure smooth operations - Collaborate across shifts to keep everything running seamlessly What Makes You a Great Fit - Near-native skills in Croatian' with at least intermediate English - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Organized' detail-oriented' and proactive - even in busy moments - Comfortable working in a dynamic' multinational environment - Proficient with MS Office (Excel &, Outlook), Salesforce experience is a plus - be located in Hungary or willing to relocate - Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Enthusiasm' curiosity' and a can-do attitude matter most Why Join Epta International BSC? - At our Budapest office' you'll join a diverse' supportive' and growing team with real opportunities for development.
