Nell'ottica di rafforzamento della propria struttura, il nostro cliente ci ha incaricato di selezionare il seguente profilo professionale: Front &, Back Office IT/EN/DE/FR 80-100% La sua missione Mansioni: - Gestire le comunicazioni quotidiane con i clienti, fornendo assistenza telefonica, via email e in presenza. - Accogliere i clienti e supportarli nella gestione delle loro richieste. - Eseguire attivit di amministrazione e gestione documentale, inclusi archiviazione e gestione di contratti e pratiche. - Supportare il team nelle operazioni di back office, quali la gestione di ordini, la preparazione di report e la fatturazione. - Mantenere aggiornati i sistemi informatici aziendali con informazioni relative a clienti, pratiche e documentazione. - Collaborare attivamente con le altre aree aziendali per garantire il flusso regolare delle operazioni. Requisiti: - Eccellenti competenze linguistiche in italiano, inglese, tedesco e francese. - Esperienza pregressa, anche breve, in ruoli di front e back office, preferibilmente in contesti aziendali strutturati. - Buone capacit comunicative e relazionali. - Ottima gestione del tempo e capacit di lavorare in modo organizzato e preciso. - Conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici (Pacchetto Office, software gestionali). - Attitudine al problem solving e predisposizione a lavorare in team.
