- Valuation We are looking for a junior professional to join the Valuation team of Deloitte Advisory in Milan and Rome, working in a hybrid mode. The Valuation business deals with activities such as company and business unit valuations, tangible asset valuations (including Machinery & Equipment, Plants, Network, Mining) and intangible assets (including Trademarks, Licenses, IP, Patents, Rights), valuations for Reporting (PPA and Impairment Test), preparation and review of business plans, as well as Financial Modeling and Economic Consulting projects. You will assist clients in valuing companies and specific assets for various purposes, providing comprehensive consulting in the phases of identifying value drivers and key parameters, applying advanced valuation methodologies and simulated scenario analysis techniques, applied to regulated markets and economic sector analysis (economic consulting). Your Role The Junior resource will be part of a work team, supporting senior colleagues and taking care of:
* Proactively interpreting client needs, identifying coherent methodologies and approaches
* Developing initiatives and solutions by collecting and analyzing data to support the development of solutions for clients
* Preparing teasers and presentations to support top management
* Identifying potential risks and critical issues and promptly sharing them with the rest of the team
* Effectively collaborating in heterogeneous and international teams.

What we offer
The salary for the Analyst position is between EUR 29,000 and EUR 31,000 gross annually. In the case of an internship, an internship allowance is provided. The classification will be defined during the selection phase based on the profile and in application of the CCNL Terziario Distribuzione e Servizi. The definition of the specific compensation, including any variable elements (such as MBO) or ancillary benefits, will depend on the evaluation of the profile with respect to the requirements of the position. Winning Requirements
* Excellent academic background with a specialist degree in economic subjects (preferably specialization in Administration, Finance and Control or Corporate Finance), engineering or mathematics with an interest in the finance world. The degree course must be completed or a maximum of 6 months from completion;
* Ability to analyze balance sheets, market analysis, consolidated financial and accounting knowledge, knowledge and application of the main company valuation methodologies; excellent knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point applications. Knowledge of programming languages (Python) is a plus;
* High aptitude for working both autonomously and in a team, multitasking skills, problem solving, stress management, precision and a strong orientation towards achieving results;
* Excellent knowledge of the English language;
