A leading luxury brand , specialized in the creation and production of perfumes, is looking for a Logistics Expert to join our team.
Responsibilities

Organize and manage shipments
Prepare and print documentation such as delivery notes, packing lists, waybills
Enter customer orders into the management system
Coordinate shipments to / from suppliers
Perform data entry and maintain export / import records
Conduct inventory checks of warehouse materials
Monitor and unblock export / import shipments
Track shipment progress
Liaise with airlines and road transport companies to ensure timely collection and delivery
Handle dangerous goods shipments in compliance with regulations
Support the E-commerce team using the internal management system (transport documents, invoice creation, etc.)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration)
Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics / shipping
Experience and knowledge of handling dangerous goods
IATA and ADR certifications are mandatory
Dynamic personality with high stress resilience
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Excellent English skills
Familiarity with E-commerce platforms (Shopify, Wix) is a plus
Accuracy, flexibility, strong analytical and communication skills
