TreeLead ricerca, per conto di uno Studio Legale internazionale, con sede a Milano, un/una Tax Associate (Commercialista o Avvocato) da inserire nel team Tax / Private Clients.
La risorsa selezionata si occuperà prevalentemente di fiscalità delle persone fisiche e attività di compliance fiscale, operando in un contesto strutturato e internazionale, a supporto di clientela italiana ed estera.
Responsabilità principali
- Gestione della fiscalità delle persone fisiche, con particolare riferimento alla predisposizione delle dichiarazioni dei redditi;
- Supporto nelle attività di compliance fiscale ordinaria;
- Analisi e applicazione della normativa fiscale nazionale relativa a persone fisiche;
- Assistenza alla clientela (HNWI, manager, expat) in relazione agli adempimenti fiscali;
- Collaborazione con il team e con le altre practice dello studio su tematiche trasversali.
Requisiti
- Laurea magistrale in Giurisprudenza o Economia, con ottimo percorso accademico;
- Preferibile l'abilitazione alla professione di Avvocato o Dottore Commercialista;
- Esperienza complessiva di 2–4 anni;
- Buona conoscenza della fiscalità delle persone fisiche e degli adempimenti di compliance;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata.
