Marketing & Digital Coordinator junior

dinamico/a e proattivo/a, che supporti le attività di marketing e comunicazione dell’azienda sotto la supervisione del Senior Advisor e rispondendo al Ceo.

La figura sarà il punto di riferimento per il coordinamento dei partner esterni (agenzie digital, e-commerce e creative) e garantirà che le attività promozionali e di vendita siano allineate al calendario commerciale e alla strategia aziendale.

La sede principale sarà la show room di Milano, ma si richiede disponibilità a frequenti trasferte presso l’head quarter di Vicenza

Retribuzione annua: 22000€ - 28000€

esperienza

3 anni

- Laurea in Marketing, Comunicazione, Economia o affini.
- Esperienza pregressa in marketing digitale o gestione social media (preferibilmente nel settore fashion/luxury).
- Conoscenza delle principali piattaforme social e di advertising (Meta, Google Ads, ecc.).
- Competenze di base in e-commerce management, preferibilmente con familiarità nella gestione del catalogo prodotti online.
- Buone capacità di project management, coordinamento team e agenzie esterne.
- Ottime capacità comunicative, organizzative e attitudine al lavoro in team.
- Passione per il settore fashion e per il mondo delle borse di lusso accessibile.

- Coordinare le attività social dell’agenzia digital in collaborazione con la merchandiser, allineando le uscite di prodotto al calendario commerciale.
- Gestire il piano editoriale social e il relativo budget pubblicitario.
- Coordinare l’agenzia di e-commerce responsabile della vendita sul sito.
- Supportare il buying di prodotto necessario a garantire la disponibilità sul sito e nelle campagne online.
- Coordinare le attività di comunicazione, tra cui la preparazione dei lookbook stagionali, predisponendo briefing chiari all’agenzia creativa.
- Collaborare con il Senior Advisor per garantire coerenza e qualità in tutte le iniziative di marketing e comunicazione.
