At the Cameri site, we are looking for a resource for the role of Team Leader.
The selected resource will hold the role of Team Leader within the department dedicated to the production of F-35 aircraft wings, with direct responsibility for the operational coordination of production activities and the management of assigned resources.
Specifically, the resource will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the implementation of operational production programs in compliance with defined times, costs and quality standards, ensuring effective use of assigned manpower, equipment and dedicated systems. Develops departmental operational planning in coherence with the indications of their manager.
- Supporting the Department Head in resource management, contributing to the maintenance and development over time of the team's professional level, to the planning of training activities and to the correct composition of the required professional mix.
- Operationally organizing the assignment of manpower according to production cycles, managing program variations and priority changes (advances, line stops, material delays, etc.), formulating any proposals for recourse to overtime work.
- Ensuring continuous monitoring of production progress, quality and costs, through the use of performance indicators (KPIs), verifying their effectiveness and efficiency. Shares and disseminates performance targets to the team, promoting continuous improvement. Requirements Educational Qualification:
