Business Project Manager (UnipolRental) – Gruppo Unipol
Unipol Rental S.p.A., part of the Unipol Group, is seeking a vibrant Project Manager/Process Analyst to join its PMO, Quality and Processes team.
Location: Bologna / Milano
Responsibilities
Manage planning, execution and monitoring of corporate projects to ensure delivery within scheduled timelines and coordinate interdependencies among involved organizational units.
Plan and run project meetings, prepare supporting documentation, and periodically monitor the “work in progress” of activities with associated business functions.
Graduate the analysis and re-engineering of key business processes.
Identify risks and potential criticalities across project phases and propose mitigation actions.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Economics or Statistical Sciences (or equivalent with excellent final grade).
2–3 years of professional experience in project management and/or organizational analysis, obtained in mobility services companies or consulting firms.
Ability to design operational models and conduct business process reengineering; experience in project governance.
Strong analytical and synthesis skills with a problem‑solving mindset.
Excellent communication, negotiation, relational skills and teamwork orientation.
Advanced proficiency with the Office suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Good command of the English language.
The selected candidate will be employed under an indefinite employment contract in accordance with the CCNL Commercio, with a variable incentive scheme based on the achievement of assigned objectives.
Preference will be given to applicants belonging to protected categories (ex art. 1 L. 68/99). The position is open to all candidates, sexes, in compliance with L. 903/77 and D.lgs. 198/2006.
