Your Role
We are looking for a dynamic and flexible Customer Service Senior with an international mindset to join our team as a manager. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a problem‑solving attitude, the ability to work in a team‑oriented environment and leadership.
Main Responsibilities
Manage quotations, order processing, and shipment coordination.
Handle international export procedures and ensure compliance with regulations.
Monitoring and coordination of all phases: order processing, invoicing, shipping, export formalities, with priority management.
Provide technical service support.
Maintain direct contact with freight forwarders and logistics providers.
Ensure smooth communication between internal departments and external partners.
Flexibility to handle new tasks.
Main Requirements
Commercial Technical Institute Diploma/Three‑year degree.
Fluency in English and at least one other European language (spoken and written).
Previous experience of at least 10 years in a sales or customer service department with good knowledge of export operations.
Strong problem‑solving skills, adaptability, and teamwork mindset.
Open‑minded and internationally oriented.
Ability to operate in a dynamic and constantly changing work environment.
Knowledge of the main IT and management tools.
Knowledge and use of SAP.
