Our group is an established player in technical consultancy for manufacturing companies, leveraging a strong internal team with solid know-how in product design, simulation, prototyping, validation, reliability analysis and technical documentation development.
The goal of the application is to foster the growth of our mechanical integration team. We are looking for mechanical engineers with experience in general mechanical design focused primarily on industrial applications and machinery.
What is the challenge ?
ACTIVITY :
- Understand and analyze technical specifications
- Conduct feasibility studies to determine the most appropriate technical solution
- Conceptual modeling
- Design for manufacturing
- Design for maintenance
- Feasibility analysis
- Detailed design of components and optimization of assembly finishes
- Represent a reference for the knowledge base of junior designers
- Grow to become a team leader for product design team
PROFILE :
The ideal candidate has extensive experience (5+) in mechanical design.
Experience in production plants and/or workshops, practical experience on machine tools, production plants, workshop or commissioning and, in general, on manufacturing technologies, are nice to have.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Knowledge of mechanical design fundamentals
- Experience on mechanical systems design (3d modelling and 2d drawings)
- mCAD proficiency
- General knowledge of commercial industrial components and subsystems
- Proactive, willing to collaborate with a dynamic team and a demanding market
- Available for visiting customers
- Good English, spoken and written
