A manufacturing company based near Cittadella (Padova), specializing in packaging solutions for the retail and industrial sectors, is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support a major strategic project: the construction of a new production facility.

Responsibilities

- Work closely with the CEO on both operational and strategic aspects of the new plant project.
- Coordinate activities with technical firms, construction companies, and suppliers.
- Monitor timelines, budgets, and project progress, preparing regular status reports.
- Facilitate communication among internal departments involved in the project.
- Manage technical and administrative project documentation.
- Participate in meetings with public authorities and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to defining the layout, production flows, and logistics of the new site.

Profile

Candidates should possess:

- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or similar fields.
- Previous experience in project management, construction sites, or industrial environments.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, advanced Excel).
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Readiness to operate in a dynamic and evolving environment.

Responsabilità

- Affiancare l’Amministratore Delegato nella gestione operativa e strategica del progetto del nuovo stabilimento.
- Coordinare le attività con studi tecnici, imprese edili e fornitori.
- Monitorare tempi, costi e avanzamento lavori, predisponendo report periodici.
- Facilitare la comunicazione tra le funzioni aziendali coinvolte.
- Gestire la documentazione tecnica e amministrativa del progetto.
- Partecipare a incontri con enti pubblici e stakeholder esterni.
- Contribuire alla definizione del layout, dei flussi produttivi e degli aspetti logistici del nuovo sito.

Profilo

Requisiti richiesti:

- Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale o discipline affini.
- Esperienza pregressa nel project management, in cantieri o in ambiti industriali.
- Ottime capacità organizzative, relazionali e di problem solving.
- Conoscenza dei principali strumenti di gestione progetti (es. MS Project, Excel avanzato).
- Attitudine al lavoro in team e alla gestione di molteplici stakeholder.
- Disponibilità a lavorare in un contesto dinamico e in continua evoluzione.
