🎯 La tua Missione
In Moneyfarm il design non è un abbellimento, è il cuore dell'esperienza utente.
In questi 12 mesi, sarai pienamente operativo/a e responsabile di:
- End-to-End Design: Guiderai il processo di design per le app Web e Mobile: dal wireframing e prototipazione fino al visual design e alle micro-interazioni.
- Design System Ownership: Non solo userai il Design System, ma ne guiderai l'evoluzione. Creerai e manterrai librerie di componenti, pattern e style guide per garantire coerenza su tutti i touchpoint.
- User-Centricity: Tradurrai i bisogni degli utenti e i dati di ricerca in soluzioni di design concrete. Il tuo lavoro partirà sempre dalla comprensione dei pain-point e dall'analisi dei feedback.
- UX/UI Optimization: Lavorerai costantemente per migliorare l'usabilità, l'accessibilità (WCAG) e l'engagement delle piattaforme.
- Stakeholder Management: Presenterai i tuoi concept a stakeholder tecnici e di business, allineando gli obiettivi di design con quelli aziendali.
Requirements
🛠 Il tuo Toolkit
Questo è un ruolo chiave che richiede operatività immediata. Per candidarti devi avere:
- Esperienza: Almeno 5 anni come Product Designer.
- Fintech DNA: È essenziale avere esperienza pregressa nel settore Fintech, Digital Wealth/Asset Management o servizi finanziari. Devi conoscere le complessità di questo dominio per essere subito efficace.
- Portfolio: Un portfolio solido che mostri progetti Web e Mobile, con un chiaro focus su processi user-centered e design responsive.
- Tools: Sei un ninja di Figma (o Sketch/Adobe CS) per l'alta fedeltà e sai creare micro-interazioni avanzate usando Rive o Lottie.
- Tech Savvy: Hai una solida comprensione del front-end e delle Human Interface Guidelines (HIG) iOS/Android per collaborare efficacemente con i developer.
- Collaboration: Hai familiarità con le metodologie Agile, i Design Sprint e sai comunicare le tue scelte di design in modo chiaro.
- Lingua: Inglese fluente (lavorerai quotidianamente con colleghi in UK).
