About the role
As Store Manager, you'll combine a strong commercial mindset with warm, inspiring leadership, creating a space where both customers and the team feel connected, motivated and part of the company. We're looking for someone energetic, intuitive and results-driven, who knows how to turn strategy into action while keeping the magic alive on the shop floor.

What you'll do
Sales & Customer Experience
- Lead the team to achieve and exceed sales targets while always protecting the quality of the customer experience.
- Analyse key KPIs such as sales, conversion, average basket and individual performance, turning insights into clear actions.
- Build genuine customer relationships and encourage loyalty through thoughtful, personal service. Team Leadership
- Inspire, coach and support your team to perform at their best and grow within their roles.
- Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback and celebrate both individual and team achievements.
- Organise schedules, shifts, holidays and daily priorities to ensure the store runs smoothly. Store Operations
- Oversee stock management, replenishment and back-of-house organisation.
- Manage returns, exchanges and online orders, ensuring a seamless experience for the customer.
- Guarantee that internal processes, documentation and operational standards are followed consistently.
