Job Purpose
Full ownership of the HPE Business Unit, including P&L responsibility, commercial strategy, vendor relationship management, and business development. The role involves working closely with both internal teams and HPE to drive profitable growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the BU strategy in alignment with company goals.
- Manage commercial and sales relationships with HPE and key stakeholders.
- Lead pricing and profitability strategies in collaboration with optimization teams.
- Drive business development initiatives, including onboarding new vendors.
- Oversee the full product and vendor lifecycle, ensuring system accuracy and contract compliance.
- Coordinate quarterly business planning and execution with HPE.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience working with HPE and deep understanding of the IT channel ecosystem.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical mindset.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- People management experience, ability to lead and motivate cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Strategic planning and business case development capabilities.
- Proficiency in SAP R3, Business Warehouse, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience working in matrix organisations and fast‑paced environments.
