Romazzino a Belmond Hotel, located in the stunning Costa Smeralda, is seeking a talented Doorman to join our team for the 2026 season. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and dedicated to providing exceptional, luxury experiences to guests in world-renowned destinations. We are looking for someone who demonstrates care, confidence, curiosity, and a commitment to community, while thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the work of the porter team, ensuring excellent and professional service to guests

Manage the organization and distribution of daily tasks, ensuring all guest requests are met promptly

Train and motivate the porter staff, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment

Ensure compliance with service standards and operational procedures

Manage the inventory of equipment and materials necessary for porter/doorman services

Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for guests

Monitor and maintain workplace safety standards, preventing accidents and injuries

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in a high‑end hotel environment

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to work effectively under pressure and solve problems quickly

Strong communication and leadership skills

Customer‑oriented with attention to detail

English fluent is mandatory

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with guests and team members
