Why This Role Is Right for You
Head of Strategy, you’ll lead the Strategy pillar within our Group Strategy & Development team – a high‑impact, cross‑functional team spread across Europe. You'll work directly with senior leadership to accelerate Nexi’s growth agenda, drive innovation, and position us as the frontrunner in the evolving digital payment landscape.
About Your Future Role
- Shape and lead Nexi’s long‑term growth strategy, aligning group priorities with emerging market trends.
- Incubate strategic initiatives, such as the Digital Euro, GenAI applications, and other high‑potential innovations.
- Support Business Units and regional leaders in defining and executing their strategic roadmaps.
- Engage with key institutional stakeholders in partnership with our Public Affairs team, helping to position Nexi as a thought leader in the industry.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with a structured, problem‑solving mindset.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal.
- Solid experience working with and influencing senior stakeholders, including C‑level.
- Ability to operate in a complex, fast‑paced, international matrix environment.
