To support you during this experience, which will last a maximum of six months, a reimbursement of expenses is also provided.
We are looking for n. 1 young student to be included in an internship with the aim of developing their degree thesis entitled "Study, methodology and preliminary design of a radar blocker geometry" at the Turin Corso Francia site.
The radar blocker is an element introduced inside the duct in order to reduce the reflections produced by the duct itself. The creation of a state of the art on the use and shape of the blocker then allows a multi-physical optimization from a simulated point of view. This comparison with a second subject (aerodynamics for CFD analysis) can be an added value to the thesis.
The candidate will contribute to the design of the geometry of a unitary cell and subsequently of an entire radar blocker element. They will have the necessary software and hardware available for study, design and radar cross section simulation activities.
Educational Qualification:
- Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics or Applied Electromagnetism. Seniority:
- Junior Technical knowledge and
skills:
- Good knowledge of basic electromagnetism, transmission lines and general electronics;
- Knowledge and/or familiarity with the use of simulation tools (i.e. one of the following: CST/FEKO/HFSS) are considered an added value. Behavioral

- Communication;
- Interest in aeronautical systems and electrification technologies. Language
skills:
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English, B2/C1 level. Computer
