Field Service Installation

La figura è responsabile di completare le attività di assistenza/supporto tecnico legati al posizionamento e all’installazione degli impianti, al successivo collaudo e alla messa in servizio degli stessi, assicurandone il corretto funzionamento e gestendo il rapporto con i clienti e fornendo loro il percorso formativo per utilizzo impianto e SW CAD CAM.
Responsabilità:
- Assicurare il completamento delle procedure di installazione degli impianti secondo le procedure aziendali, nei tempi previsti;
- Tenere il corso di formazione al cliente (corso macchina e corso software CAD-CAM 2D/3D) in sede o presso il cliente;
- Effettuare il collaudo e la messa in servizio degli impianti a seguito del completamento dell’installazione;
- Assicurare il corretto svolgimento delle procedure di manutenzione preventiva degli impianti, secondo il calendario di programmazione indicato dal proprio Responsabile di Funzione;
Skills Richieste:
- Formazione Tecnica: perito elettrotecnico, meccanico o meccatronico;
- Provenienza da settore produzione macchine industriali/assistenza tecnica
- Esperienza di 2/3 anni continuativi nella mansione di installatore impianti industriali;
- Capacità di lettura degli schemi elettrici e disegno meccanico;
- Disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio (Italia-Estero).
Previste trasferte settimanali NORD ITALIA (tra 85 e 90% del tempo) . Si prevede piano formativo dedicato, svolto sia in affiancamento, sia in sede presso BLM GROUP o presso la nostra Training Academy.
