Il nostro cliente è una storica holding locale del settore commercio. Per la gestione dell’area Marketing di prestigioso centro commerciale di Bolzano ricerchiamo:

MARKETING OPERATIONS MANAGER – SETTORE RETAIL

La risorsa riporterà gerarchicamente al Comitato Strategico del Centro Commerciale, dovrà tradurre in esecuzione le decisioni del Team Strategico e garantire il day-to-day marketing del Centro, coordinando fornitori/agenzie e le funzioni interne del Centro (Direzione, Info Point, Operations). Inoltre esegue e propone ottimizzazioni tattiche e guida il team operativo.

Nello specifico si occuperà di:

- Pianificazione ed esecuzione del calendario marketing (campagne, attivazioni, promo stagionali) in linea con la strategia approvata
- Organizzazione eventi in galleria: brief, fornitori, logistica, permessi, staffing, allestimenti, sicurezza. Regia operativa giorno-evento
- Gestione del team operativo: assegnazione task, priorità, tempistiche interne, coaching e controllo avanzamento. Supporto al team nel day-to-day
- Gestione agenzie esterne (grafica/creatività, social/community, media/PR): brief operativi, timing, consegne, QA materiali, messa on-air in linea con strategia
- Campagne performance ed awareness (con le agenzie): su indicazione team strategico impostare e gestire set-up, contenuti, tracking, ottimizzazione tattica, raccolta risultati
- Lead generation & CRM: presidio form/landing, integrazione database, newsletter; rispetto GDPR.
- Co-marketing con i tenant: raccolta offerte, attivazioni e kit POS, contenuti per vetrine e digital signage con supporto team marketing interno ed agenzia
- Governance Operativa della comunicazione nelle due lingue: coordinamento traduzioni con agenzie/fornitori, flussi di revisione/approvazione, pubblicazione corretta su tutti i touchpoint (IT/DE)
- Content e canali: governo e impostazione del PED (con agenzia), aggiornamento sito/CMS/App
- Analisi & reporting: analisi footfall, time-on-site, engagement, redemption), insight e raccomandazioni per il Team Strategico con supporto di Direzione del centro
- Budget operativo: preventivi, PO, controllo costi, consuntivi e micro-negoziazioni con fornitori locali

Desideriamo entrare in contatto con candidatə che abbiamo maturato una esperienza concreta in marketing operativo/retail/eventi, con coordinamento di più team interni (contenuti, eventi, operations) e gestione di fornitori/agenzie end-to-end (brief, esecuzione, reporting).

Ricerchiamo un/a giovane Laureato/a con ottima conoscenza di project management e forte sense of ownership oltre a lavoro per brief, timing e KPI.

Completano il profilo buona dimestichezza con suite social/adv (Meta, Google), CMS, strumenti newsletter e basi di analytics.

Necessaria la conoscenza fluente della lingua tedesca

Richiesta la disponibilità occasionale durante i weekend ed i festivi per la gestione degli eventi.
