- Coordinate and manage the Group consolidation process across Italian and foreign subsidiaries.
- Support quarterly and annual closing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reporting deadlines.
- Prepare, review, and monitor consolidation entries and adjustments.
- Manage and maintain consolidation reporting packages through dedicated consolidation systems.
- Prepare the Consolidated Cash Flow Statement and related financial disclosures.
- Provide accounting support for extraordinary transactions, corporate reorganizations, and M&A activities.
- Liaise with external auditors, advisors, and finance teams across the Group.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS accounting standards and internal reporting requirements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of consolidation processes and reporting procedures.
- Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Group Consolidation, Financial Reporting, External Audit, or Corporate Accounting.
- Previous experience within multinational listed companies or top-tier audit and advisory firms.
- Strong knowledge of IAS/IFRS accounting standards.
- Proven ability to manage complex reporting activities under tight deadlines.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management and external auditors.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency with consolidation and financial reporting systems; experience with Tagetik is considered a strong advantage.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken, used regularly in a professional environment.
