We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Financial Controller to join our team at EssilorLuxottica. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to our retail division.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the planning and forecasting process for all financial KPIs and key financial data of the P&L, Balance Sheet, and Free Cash Flow for the retail division.
- Ensure that all business KPIs are reported in accordance with the company's accounting standards and HQ requirements.
- Provide professional support for any management decision-making that requires financial evaluation in the retail division.
- Offer specialized controlling support for the Retail Sales department, including specific processes, applications, and reporting.
- Implement strong control measures over company assets and develop asset management initiatives as well as cost-saving measures to increase productivity in the retail sector.
- Collaborate with the retail team to improve key business processes, enhancing financial accuracy and effectiveness.
- University degree in business administration.
- Extensive experience in financial and business administration, controlling, reporting, budgeting, and accounting principles in an international retail environment with advanced skills.
- Solid knowledge and proficiency in SAP systems and MS Office (advanced in Excel).
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in business English, capable of presenting results to management on a regular basis with strong networking skills.
- Flexible and able to work in dynamic environments.
- International experience is preferred.
