Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Cluster Human Resources Director to join our team at Antal International Network. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the human resources function for our luxury hotels in the Italian region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of human resources professionals to ensure the effective management of personnel costs, talent development, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement strategic human resources plans to support business objectives and drive growth.
  • Manage the payroll cycle, administrative processes, and labor relations to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with departmental managers to achieve budget objectives and support the development of employee experience and retention initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
  • Ensure a corporate culture that promotes collaboration, empathy, and meritocratic values.

Requirements:

  • At least 5-10 years of experience in human resources, preferably in luxury hotels and international settings.
  • Education in business, law, or psychology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent English and Italian language skills.
  • Coaching skills and experience in structured business settings.
  • Care and attention to detail.
  • Passion for the hospitality and luxury world.
  • EU passport.
