About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the UPS Healthcare Italia division, which operates in the pharmaceutical logistics and distribution market. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse processes, inventory management, and customer service activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all operations are performed in accordance with approved procedures and EU GMP/EU GDP guidelines.
  • Manage and organize activities efficiently, adhering to ISO 13485 and UPS HLD standards.
  • Conduct performance reviews of assigned departments.
  • Optimize operational aspects of the warehouse and report day-to-day activities.
  • Effectively handle internal and external issues.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of GMP and/or GDP guidelines is an advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in warehousing.
  • Familiarity with various computer systems.
  • Able to work within time-limits (deadlines).
  • Experience in supervision.
