As a Student Life Assistant at NABA, you will play a key role in promoting student social integration within the campus and fostering inter-departmental connections among students. You will support the development and production of NABA Merchandising collections and ensure the activities related to its launch, promotion, and distribution among students, staff, and externally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute extracurricular courses on campus, including educational and recreational activities, cultural trips, walking tours, and sports activities.
  • Monitor and promote special events and parties among students to improve their integration.
  • Monitor, moderate, and enhance the social network activity on NABA's non-institutional channels.
  • Collaborate with the Communication Department to develop NABA Merchandising collections and promote initiatives and new products among students, staff, and externally.
  • Support the Registration Office during the immatriculation period regarding bureaucratic and administrative aspects.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in promotional activities and event organization in a multicultural environment.
  • Passion for social media and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • B2/C1 level of English and good knowledge of Excel.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Suite and Chinese language will be considered a plus.
