Our commitment is to foster a sustainable future by facilitating access to water and energy.

We are seeking a qualified Project Engineering Leader to join our team, reporting directly to the Engineering Manager. This role involves overseeing a portfolio of capital expenditure projects aimed at enhancing various operational sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects throughout their entire lifecycle.
  • Ensure timely, safe, and budget-compliant project delivery.
  • Define project scopes and objectives, engaging all pertinent stakeholders to confirm technical feasibility.
  • Prepare comprehensive Cost & Schedule Estimates.
  • Develop detailed project plans to outline key milestones, workstreams, and activities while monitoring progress.
  • Guarantee successful project execution through direct oversight and coordination with external vendors.
  • Administer contracts with suppliers, assigning tasks and clarifying expected outcomes.
  • Provide regular project updates to the Steering Committee and stakeholders.
  • Maintain thorough project documentation, including technical specifications.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Management Engineering.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity within an industrial manufacturing setting.
  • Proven track record in managing capital expenditure projects in production environments.
  • Experience in the plastic industry, particularly with extrusion or injection molding processes, is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and a comprehensive understanding of company operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Effective communication skills in both the local language and English.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Familiarity with CAD software is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel to various sites for project development and execution.
