Amaris Consulting is seeking a skilled IT Business Systems Analyst to join their team in Milan, Bologna, or Turin. This permanent position offers the opportunity to develop your potential and make a difference within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and document business requirements through thorough analysis of existing processes and systems.
• Identify areas for improvement by conducting in-depth analysis and proposing solutions.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure effective communication between business units and the IT department.

Requirements:
• At least 2-5 years of experience on complex IT projects.
• Experience in Finance, Accounting projects, or e-commerce is highly valued.
• Agile methodology expertise is essential.
• Fluency in English is required.
