As a Sales and Marketing Representative for Red Bull, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting detailed analysis of customer potential and developing optimized tour planning strategies to achieve set targets and goals.
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and business partners to drive mutual business growth and increase brand affinity.
Identifying and implementing effective sales and marketing initiatives to drive Red Bull sales in On Premise, thereby adding value to both Red Bull's and the customer's business.
Maintaining established contacts in the hospitality industry and gastronomy, or developing new connections as needed.
Working collaboratively with the National Key Account Team to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing strategies.
Fostering a culture of innovation, entrepreneurship, and continuous improvement within the team.
Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform sales and marketing strategies.
Traveling extensively (90-100%) throughout the assigned territory to build relationships, conduct meetings, and execute sales and marketing initiatives.
