About the Job

We are seeking a talented Industrialization Manager to join our Operations Headquarter team in Agordo, Italy.

As an Industrialization Manager, you will be responsible for managing a highly complex Manufacturing Department, ensuring excellent quality standards and introducing new products.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive alignment of New Product Introduction strategy with internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with technical office, quality, and tooling engineering to resolve problems.
  • Verify the work cycle of components using data from the pre-series area.
  • Verify the accuracy of the Bill of Materials.
  • Field inspection of workpieces by interfacing with department head, shift leader, area manager, and quality department.
  • Execution of tests in the department.
  • Interface with shop floor for execution and validation of tests.
  • Interface with UT for component design.
  • Verification of eyeglass status transitions.

About You

  • You have a Degree in Engineering.
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a complex environment.
  • Good Knowledge of MS Office.
  • You have a strong entrepreneurial mindset, are proactive, and inspire others to be proactive too.
  • You do not see problems, you just see solutions, and you are great at solving problems.
  • You love challenges and take your responsibility seriously.
  • You are a flexible person, able to adapt in a context of constant change.
  • You have strong facilitation and communication skills.
