About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Delivery Manager to oversee projects within the Banking and/or Insurance industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with the strategic objectives of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and manage the delivery schedule.
  • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee a team of project managers, coordinators, and other delivery staff.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving delivery processes and implement best practices.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks to project success and develop mitigation strategies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in portfolio management, project management, or a related role, within the Banking and/or Insurance industry.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
