Job Summary


We are seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Specialist to join our team at Freudenberg. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials throughout our supply chain.


Responsibilities



  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement production plans that align with customer needs, ensuring timely delivery and optimal efficiency.
  • Production Efficiency: Schedule and manage production orders, conducting regular backlog analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Resource Management: Oversee raw materials and semi-finished products, maintaining a lean and efficient supply chain.
  • System Expertise: Utilize SAP to register and manage production orders, ensuring precision and accuracy.
  • Operational Analytics: Conduct OOH analysis and weekly statistics to drive continuous improvement and optimize supply chain performance.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Manage the customer database and collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster strong relationships and meet customer expectations.
  • Packaging Excellence: Oversee packaging systems to ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements.

Requirements



  • Education & Experience: Advanced degree in Management Engineering or equivalent years of experience, preferably 1-3 years of professional experience.
  • Language Proficiency: Business-level English proficiency for effective communication in a global environment.
  • Technical Aptitude: Systems agility in SAP and MS Office for efficient data management.
  • Analytical Thinking: Apply analytical mindset to drive strategic planning and resource optimization.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate intercultural competence, strong teamwork, and relationship-building skills.
  • Organizational Expertise: Strong organizational skills to navigate complex supply chain dynamics.

What We Offer


Competitive salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
