As a Technical Sales Representative for Industrial Coatings, you will support business development by providing technical service and advice. You will be responsible for maintaining competitive intelligence to support Sales & Marketing, advancing PPG's market position through the development of technical service support, and providing immediate response to customer emergencies.
Main Responsibilities:- To visit customer portfolio on agreed frequency basis.
- To lead new complex technical business development projects at potential and existing customers.
- Liaise and work with laboratory on product developments/customer projects.
- Support Sales & Technical team with potentially 75% travel within the area of responsibility.
- Propose sales agreements: price, payment, delivery, guarantees.
- Coordinate with sales support and customer service to deliver products in the best way possible with customer satisfaction.
