At JR Italy, we are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Transformation Strategist to join our Corporate Experience Department.

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for participating and/or leading transformation projects within the Procurement area, guiding Transformation Consultants and Transformation Analysts in the successful development and delivery of project deliverables.

Key responsibilities

  • Participate and/or lead the transformation projects within Procurement area.
  • Guide Transformation Consultants and Transformation Analysts in the successful development and delivery of project deliverables.
  • Accountable for all project deliverables (cross streams) as well as own project deliverables.
  • Participate and/or lead the projects for external clients as well as for internal Capgemini Business Services engagements.
  • Act as a Stream Lead or Project Lead, having full accountability for high-quality deliverables with minimum guidance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (from 8 to 10 years) and very strong end-to-end process knowledge within Procurement and Change Management areas. Consulting experience is mandatory.
  • Extensive experience in target operating model design, organizational design, and process design.
  • Very good knowledge and experience in at least one of the eProcurement systems (Ariba, Ivalua, Coupa, Tradeshift etc.) and the ERPs (SAP, Oracle).
  • Good understanding of non-ERP process supporting tools – its functionalities and offered benefits.
  • Practical experience in implementation of Intelligent Automation solutions and Robotics Process Automation capabilities.
  • Fluency in both English and Italian.
