Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Engineer Expert to join our team at Hitachi Automotive Systems Americas, Inc. in a key role that will support our team for testing on control systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage both internal tests and final customer tests (FAT) to ensure the highest quality of our products.
- Conduct thorough tests on Protection Systems of our Projects to identify and resolve any issues.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or technical diploma.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Protection Devices (Distance, Differential Line/Busbar/Cable, Overcurrent, etc).
- Excellent knowledge of testing devices (Omicron or ISA devices).
- Excellent knowledge of Terna's digital projects (SET2, SHELTER RFI, SAS 2021).
- Good knowledge of English (B2).
- Proactivity, team working, and problem-solving skills.
- Availability to travel in Italy (50%).
