About the Role

We are seeking a Night Auditor to join our team at The Hoxton in Florence. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure guest experience is exceptional at all times, even during the night shift.
  • Process guest arrivals and departures, ensuring all bills are accurate and complete.
  • Work closely with our teams to maintain a high level of occupancy and assist the Night Manager with overbooking levels.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering phones, and resolving guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist the Night Manager with end-of-day procedures and maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times.
  • Ensure the safety and security of our guests during the night shift.

Requirements

  • Passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Opera or similar front desk operating systems and GDS would be an advantage.
