Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Product Support Specialist dedicated to helmets who will work with international and regional teams, reporting directly to the Moto Product Support Manager - Sales Development.
Responsibilities- Product training to dealers about helmets;
- Consultation with the Product Development department to advance issue resolution in a timely manner;
- Travel to customer sites for sales support or on-site troubleshooting.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
Qualifications and Requirements- An engineering master's degree;
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience;
- Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional and international environment, lead by influence, and earn trust at all levels;
- Strong interpersonal skills, flexible, and able to establish trust and reach alignment quickly;
- Able to work both independently and within a team;
- Hands-on experience in road/off-road motorcycle racing;
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills;
- Strong analytical skills to advanced product knowledge and good problem-solving;
- Proficient in French (C1/C2 level);
- Fluency in English (C1/C2 level);
- 3 years of professional experience in the Motorsports industry;
- Proven ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders at all levels of responsibility (dealer shop owners, etc.);
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
This position is available in Asolo (TV) - Italy.
