Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Risk Manager to join our team at Stevanato Group in Piombino Dese, Italy.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the credit management process to optimize the organization's credit risk by assessing customers, ensuring compliance with corporate credit policy, and monitoring credit scoring models.
Main Responsibilities
- Credit Assessment: Evaluate the creditworthiness of potential customers and conduct periodic reviews of existing customers to ensure timely payments.
- Credit Scoring: Monitor and analyze credit scoring models to assess risk and make informed decisions.
- Payment Terms: Define and negotiate payment terms with customers to minimize risk.
- Credit Limit Management: Monitor and adjust credit limits to ensure optimal risk management.
- Collection and DSO Ratio: Monitor collections and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) ratio to ensure timely payments.
- Bad Debt Provision: Calculate and manage bad debt provision under IFRS9 to ensure compliance.
Requirements
- Education: Master's degree in economics, finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in credit risk management or a related field.
- International Experience: Experience working in structured or multinational companies with a strong international presence.
- Language Proficiency: English language proficiency is required.
