Career Opportunity

Enna, a leading company in the aeronautical sector, is seeking a skilled Logistics Specialist to join its team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for defining and implementing logistics strategies that ensure efficiency and effectiveness in terms of:

  • Optimizing service levels and completeness of delivery to customers
  • Minimizing transportation and logistics costs
  • Optimizing overall inventory levels
  • Supervising and controlling 3P logistics providers

You will develop and maintain procedures related to logistics processes and ensure their correct application. Additionally, you will propose and develop logistics projects, including:

  • Solutions for optimizing storage and movement
  • Tracking of shipments
  • Outsourcing of logistics operations
  • Review of distribution networks and consolidation of warehouses

You will also monitor logistics costs through the use of suitable solutions and ensure competitiveness through the management of local or group tenders, together with local organizations. Furthermore, you will participate in the realization of integration projects (logistics and digital) between group companies and along the supply chain (suppliers and customers).

Requirements

  • Strong experience in the sector, with particular attention to improving the performance of group logistics processes within the organization
  • Knowledge of logistics outsourcing projects
  • Definition of logistics networks
  • Management of transportation tenders (road, air, sea)
  • Design and implementation of technical and technological solutions for optimizing storage and movement
  • Design/optimization of logistics layouts
  • Ability to cooperate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Good project management skills for large or complex projects
  • Fluent English
