Belenergia is seeking a highly skilled Development Specialist FER to join our team in Campania. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and permitting of wind and solar projects, as well as managing relationships with stakeholders and government entities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the design and permitting of wind and solar projects in Campania
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders, including government entities and local communities
  • Coordinate with the Solar/Eolico Development Director to ensure project progress and timelines
  • Manage the process of requesting connection to the electrical grid and participating in auctions for renewable energy contracts
  • Develop and update project reports in a timely and accurate manner
  • Analyze and verify project development initiatives based on established criteria
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the wind and solar sectors
  • Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
Requirements
  • Strong technical and/or legal background, with experience in project management and administration
  • Proven track record in managing projects, processes, and administrative tasks in the renewable energy sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and team members
  • Knowledge of electrical practices and procedures, with experience in connection requests
  • Proficiency in Autocad and other project management tools
  • Ability to travel frequently, with a focus on the Campania region
  • Fluency in Italian and English, with excellent writing and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
