Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute trade marketing plans to achieve business objectives
  • Manage trade marketing teams to ensure effective execution of plans
  • Analyze market data and translate it into actionable strategies
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH INTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS TO ENSURE ALIGNMENT AND COORDINATION OF TRADE MARKETING EFFORTS
  • STAY UP-TO-DATE ON MARKET TRENDS AND CONSUMER BEHAVIOR TO INFORM TRADE MARKETING DECISIONS

Main Interactions:

  • Works closely with Sales Leaders to ensure alignment of trade marketing plans with regional business objectives
  • Collaborates with Central Trade Marketing Team to input on specific regional needs and stay informed on global trade marketing initiatives
  • Partners with Brand Leaders to support localization and deployment of sales activation calendars

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in trade marketing or a similar role within the FMCG or retail industry
  • Strong understanding of Northern European markets and consumer behavior
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market data and translate it into actionable strategies
