About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated R&D Antenna Engineer to join our team at MVG. As a key member of our team, you will be working on cutting-edge projects in antennas and antenna measurements.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering or equivalent, with experience in innovative R&D environments or universities. They should possess excellent writing and oral communication skills in English, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of new technologies and projects related to antennas and antenna measurements;
  • Work closely with colleagues to design, implement, and test innovative solutions;
  • Collaborate with international teams to drive project growth and expansion;
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements;
  • Develop and deliver technical reports and presentations.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A university degree in electrical engineering or an equivalent field;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Experience working in innovative R&D environments or universities;
  • Familiarity with numerical modeling techniques (MoM, FDTD, FE, Ray-tracing);
  • Working knowledge of basic programming languages (MatLab);
  • Basic project management skills and experience with common tools.

What We Offer

MVG offers a competitive salary range of €50,000 - €70,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a dynamic work environment, opportunities for professional growth, and a chance to work on exciting projects that can make a real impact.

Location

The primary work location is the MVG office in Pomezia, Italy. However, occasional travel to other sites and participation in meetings and conferences may be required.
