Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability in the Americas and APAC markets.
- Manage and monitor trade marketing budgets and expenses to ensure optimal ROI and cost efficiency.
- Lead global and regional trade marketing projects, ensuring alignment with company investment guidelines and ROI targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute store digitalization initiatives within the Professional Solutions Channel.
- Provide analytical and data-driven insights to inform strategic business decisions.
- Manage quarterly trade marketing reviews and expenses approvals with the CEO.
- Lead the Digital Windows project for the Professional Solutions Channel.
- Develop and implement new ways of working to integrate lenses brands within the global trade marketing perimeter.
- Support local commercial teams with trade marketing activities development, patient journey setup, and digital integration.
- Monitor project progress, issue status reports, and escalate breakdowns and issues as necessary.
- Understand market dynamics and channel of trade to bring market needs to the In Store Experience Team.
- Lead internal and market teams, supporting professional and personal growth, and team integration.
- Trade marketing and/or marketing experience with a strong analytical background.
- Project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects within a matrixed organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English.
- Economics and business development expertise, with budget management experience.
