We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fund Management Analyst to join our team at Generali Real Estate SGR. As a key member of our Fund Management Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Senior Fund Managers in transaction decisions and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Asset Management team to collect information for business planning and strategy execution.
• Provide ad-hoc support for investment activity pipeline, property development, investor requests, and portfolio risk assessments.
• Facilitate various fund projects and prepare ad-hoc analysis and management reports.
• Support portfolio performance analysis.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
• 1-2 years of experience in the role.
• Overall knowledge and understanding of institutional investment in Real Estate.
• Experience in portfolio management, asset management, capital markets, or acquisitions.
• Competence in financial modeling.
• Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
